song by Paris Parker, collage by Logan Jones, blurb by Molly Gorelick
I first met Paris Parker at a screening of the movie Girl Rising in high school and we became close friends after he messaged me on Facebook about Broad City. I always admired him from afar and knew he made cool music, so I’m so happy that his dreamy song “National Geographic” is making its debut here on Pop Culture Puke.
Paris Parker is a happy musician and artist from Ewing, New Jersey who finds himself to be 17 years of age. He has an affinity for airplants, bad music, and television documentaries. He doesn’t take high school too seriously and is happy where there’s pizza.
Logan Jones is a Cinema and Afro Studies student in Minnesota. You can always catch him at some point in the movie making process. Cameras, Coffees, Cycles. Follow him on Twitter and Instagram @logan_jonez.
